Dr. Aliu Israel is a Healthcare and Quality Management Consultant, with over 12 years’ experience in the area of Public healthcare programs, Laboratory Management, Quality management, Business Development, Supply chain and Logistics, Operations, Molecular diagnosis, Disease surveillance, Entrepreneurship, Project management and Research development.

He has a Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory science (BMLS), Master degree in Public Health and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) specialising in Healthcare management. Master certificate in Business management from London Graduate school, United Kingdom. He has consulted for over 25 Healthcare organisations in 36 states in Nigeria, UK, USA, and other African countries. He is a trained ISO 15189, 17025. 13485, 9001 specialist, Quality Auditor and process improvement specialist, involved in various accreditation process for healthcare organisations, consulted for Global funds projects, NGOs, Government agencies, with several publications and articles in local and foreign journals, He has been involved in development of 4 National documents on Health and participated in four national surveys in Nigeria.

His managerial and capacity development skills is helping individuals and organisation scale up profitability, trained and mentored over 4,500 health care professionals, led a team to develop the first real time online Quality management system certificate course in West Africa. A seasoned well-sort-for healthcare professional, public speaker with a clear passion for capacity building, leadership, management, personal and cooperate growth.
