Clina-Lancet Laboratories, a long standing player in the medical diagnostic sector in Nigeria is pleased to announce that Cerba Lancet Africa based in Paris has acquired a controlling interest in our company.

Cerba Lancet Africa is a joint-venture between Cerba Healthcare of France and Lancet Laboratories of South Africa our former majority shareholders .

Cerba Healthcare, a European leader in clinical pathology, operates, mainly in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy, through a network of over 500 laboratories and 50 technical facilities and services customers in more than 50 countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Cerba also specialises in Clinical trial testing for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries through subsidiaries located across 5 continents. The group offers diagnoses for in vitro testing, veterinary pathology and for the genetics market. Cerba HealthCare has over 6,300 employees, including 550 medical pathologists.

We anticipate that this shareholder combination will add value to our in-country diagnostic service.
